Entrance into the Invictus network constitutes a binding agreement to the Invictus Compact. Violation of these terms leads to immediate asset seizure and permanent expulsion.
I. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
- The sale of human organs, hitman services, or child-exploitative material is strictly forbidden.
- Threats, extortion, or blackmail against other community members will be met with immediate leaks of the offender's metadata to the public domain.
- Law enforcement "honey-potting" or collaboration with central authorities is a terminal offense.
II. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for the security of their own PGP keys and passwords. Invictus cannot recover lost passwords or secondary PINs. If you lose your keys, your funds are lost to the blockchain.
